Prior to my current engagement, I was COO of a computer vision system manufacturer, where I led the company’s turnaround from a flagging R&D startup with $2M burn rate to a successful manufacturer with break-even cash flow in year one and profitability in year two. In addition, I led the company into new lines of business in web services, leading to substantial revenue gains.

I’m currently exploring opportunities for my next challenge, preferably helping a startup or small to mid-sized company grow and maximize profitability.
