Business operations is a specialty that can help a company grow and a business leader focus better. It has been my strength to "do the details" for businesses which frees the CEO or Board of Directors to show their strengths. It is a privilege to serve as a virtual Business Operations Officer for companies through Steady Growth Enterprises.
Over the past 25 years I have enjoyed the opportunity to work in County government, to oversee five non-profits and serve with gifted leaders. Through great training and experience I have learned how to lead with wisdom. My goal is to provide well for my family and be a trusted advisor and servant leader. I want to use my gifts to grow, connect and activate people.
Business Operations Officer, Consultant for Profit and Non Profit, Communicator, Staff Mentor and expert in growing businesses.

Small Businesses with one to two employees often struggle to keep the details in order and balance their day-to-day business. Steady Growth Enterprises is the answer. Instead of hiring and giving up your role as a CEO why not delegate instead? We can sweat the details so that you can enjoy your day and serve your customers.
We begin by listening. Our questionaire will help you determine what areas are needing assistance. This is an exciting venture and the culmination of 25 years of operating profit, non-profit and government businesses. You talk, we will listen!

Churches often look for someone to help them when their pastor leaves. This was the case with Park Lane in 2007. Their pastor passed away suddenly in the spring and they began the search for a new shepherd who would lead their ministry. Instead of panic they determined to plan for their next pastor with someone who would speak each Sunday to bring continuity, growth, and unity to the church family.
I am pleased to assist by speaking each Sunday unless a guest speaker is scheduled. It has been a joy to get to know the church members and to welcome new families to the congregation. Soon a new pastor will be found and my work will be done. Until then, it's a joy to serve!
