Martin has a broad range of experiences in all facets of online media: publisher, editor, freelance journalist, columnist, blogger and in the information publishing industry. His primarily focuses in the fields of small business, entrepreneurship, internet business and home-based business.
Working in the global field writing about home business, his focus today is on the smallest of small business - the home-based, small office, micro, soho etc... especially those starting up and/or running their businesses online. He's passionate about the "lifestyle entrepreneur".
He has written numerous articles, columns and blog posts over the past 10 years that have appeared in numerous media outlets.
In 1998, Martin established the Australian Home Office Alliance - an association bringing together hundreds of home-based business owners across Australia.
Martin has also vast experience in obtaining and managing high-level sponsorship working with companies such as Microsoft Australia, Verbatim, Oricom, CommSec, Quicken Australia, Konica and numerous smaller and online businesses.
Early in 2007, he sold the intellectual assets of his most recent venture - ePublishingDaily - with the rest of the website being readied for sale.
Martin's main goal from 2008 and onwards is to become an authority blogger and "go to" guy on the internet and position himself as an expert on starting up an online home business - His target audience: the beginner to intermediate.

Martin is also currently working on a book proposal which he hopes to have in stores by the end of 2009 - of course, the topic will be on home business.
