I have focused my career on learning and developing my skills as a programmer. I believe that I am a good team worker and always try to help other programmers, I am ambitious but want to work with others in a successful team to develop something useful and I also enjoy working within a productive team dynamic.
My aims are to develop a broad knowledge of skills that enable me to problem solve and suggest ideas that others wouldn't think of and therefore be a valuable asset to any high tech Software Company.

I gained more experience as a team lead by being put in charge of the opt-in project and in this role I had to delegating work to the designers and the translators.

I took on this role so that I could work in Spain and also to see how a small Internet startup company operates. I worked alongside a small team of 2 programmers and an IT manager, this opportunity gave me firsthand experience on how time is managed and work is allocated within Internet startup companies. I also implemented new strategies to improve on the programming output.
