AIESEC is the international platform that enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact on society. It is currently in more than 110 countries.

AIESEC offers 3 main Opportunities to its members:

International Exchanges: Offers the opportunity to go to another country and have a temporary working experience that can change your life.

I am currently working as Team Leader in the Busines Program Team. We are five people and we offer technology companies and companies with an interest in international markets, an AIESEC international person to come and work in their companies. This method is really clever way of:

Creemos firmemente que el intercambio de ideas tiene el poder de modificar vidas e incluso, el mundo.

¿Qué es TEDx?

En el espíritu de ideas que va la pena difundir, TEDx es un programa de eventos locales auto-organizados que unen a la gente para compartir un experiencia tipo TED.

En un evento TEDx, videos de TEDTalks y oradores en vivo se combinan para generar discusiones profundas y conectar a la audiencia con los participantes. Estos eventos locales auto-organizados se denominan TEDx, donde la x denota que es un evento TED oganizado independientemente.

Derebote is a startup I started when I was 14 years old. It all began as a hobbie, in that time I had no real clue on how to make a website, where to host it, between many other things I didnt know.

The site is an entertainment portal in spanish, with sections like News, Humour, Models, Horoscope, Lifestyle. I personally consider it was a successful failure. Why I say this? First of all the site did not gave revenue until three years later when, I decided to seriously dedicate my time to make it profitable. To do so I had the great pleasure to associate with a great friend of mine, Renzo Minicelli and together we made interesting Internet deals. We sold advertising, sold ebooks, promoted affiliate programs, between many other things.

The reason why I consider it a successful failure is because although it was profitable and continues to be so, we´ve never really focused in important issues just like web design, usability, valuable content and astonishing web service. Also it could be considered a failure if we take into account all the opportunities we did not take in that time.

Even though it has part of a failure I consider it has a great part of success. It was a great experience for both of us, and help us both grow. Personally it taught me a myriad of things related to business, Internet, marketing, entrepreneurship and even about professional relationships.

Nowadays the website is really out of date and is 1.0. It is a question of time to see some day a complete renovation of the website with a new business model.
