Principal Consultant at Axialent
St Albans, United Kingdom
With a PhD in analytical sciences my work has always involved interdisciplinary projects requiring careful understanding and communication. For twelve years I was employed as an analytical scientist in the biosciences and healthcare industries. I was department head at OmniLabs UK, where I ran a commercial workplace drug and alcohol testing service and provided medico/legal advice for occupational health.
I have a strong reputation for helping all those I work with to develop and maintain energy, self-awareness and a clearer sense of direction in their personal and professional accomplishments. In my employed career I was regularly selected to lead change management projects and to transform underperforming teams.
I received a Masters in analytical psychology with distinction from Middlesex University and SOPH in 2004. Since then I have operated as a consultant across a range of organisations - including the NHS - and in private practice. My approach is informed by insight form a variety psychological and coaching models, frameworks and diagnostic tools including systemic, cognitive behavioural and Integral approaches (Ken Wilber).
I identify, analyse and address the core factors which hinder the professional performance of both teams and individuals. As a graduate in Integral Organisational Leadership (Integral Institute), I offer leading-edge approaches to leadership and organisational development.
