    As a key element of the LetsUConnect project; investigated, analysed and developed fast fund with fax and fast fund with electronic signature systems, facilitating the electronic execution of motor finance agreements at the point of sale over the Internet. Reducing the cost of processing documentation.

    Designed and delivered on-line dealer commissions system, allowing dealers and finance staff access to real-time information regarding commission on finance agreements and reducing telephone enquiries.

    Major Achievements:

    Collaborated with the audit team to redevelop the company’s stock take process, enabling the company to measure their shrinkage more accurately. Designed and developed software for PC and Denso devices to facilitate the new process.
    Extended the company’s “back office” system to eliminate paper from the business and to streamline branch and head office processes (Payroll, Finance).

    Collaborated with merchandise department to create a Data Warehouse. Goal of the project was to facilitate easier reporting on retail patterns.
