In my role as product evangelist I have been in many customer facing situations - from keynote presentations at Novell BrainShare, through smaller events such as LinuxWorld Expo to customer events and workshops.
I believe in the use of non-traditional methods to reach my audience - blogging, podcasts and rich community driven content via wiki - and use each within my current roles.
