My main business area is in leading and supporting improvements across the built environment, which at the moment tend to be environment, carbon and social issues, however my portfolio approach encompasses a wide range of organisational improvement with a client base that covers multi-national organisations to small micro businesses.
Since 1994, I have been involved in leading and supporting improvements in construction and facilities management at national and regional levels through organisations such as European Forum for Teamwork, DBF, Constructing Excellence and Center for Facilities Management.
As a resident of Second Life, I explore the future of virtual environments as an aid to improving usability of built environments. I am currently working on a number of projects that link real life learning with the second life environment.
I have more than a passing interest in connectivity - from application of complexity and chaos theory, to Web2.0 to wiki and blogs to connectivity with nature.
