Marta Carter Wilson is CEO of Transformation Systems, Inc. Marta founded TSI in 1994 as a part-time endeavor and then made it her full-time business in 2002. TSI is an executive strategies and management systems engineering firm that keeps leaders in motion to transform their organizations. TSI's track record of client outcomes includes significant cost reductions and exceptional productivity leaps. Based in the Metro Washington, DC area, TSI also has branch offices in Richmond, VA; Blacksburg, VA and Atlanta, GA.
As TSI's founder and owner, Marta has served in many roles including coach, speaker, trainer, leader, and fundraiser with individuals, groups, organizations, and communities worldwide. She is coauthor of the books:
