I am a co-founder and Chief Business Development Officer for Lotus Leaf Coatings, whose superhydrophobic and superhydrophillic coatings technologies were developed at the University of New Mexico, Sandia National Laboratory, and within our lab. Our web site is www.lotusleafcoatings.com.
I have also assisted entrepreneurs and investors to commercialize technologies developed at Sandia, Los Alamos. and Argonne National Laboratories, Harvard University, and the University of New Mexico by building robust business development pipelines and securing private equity funding. Similarly, I assist private equity firms explore New Mexico investment opportunities. My commercialization focus includes advanced materials and medical devices.
To increase the talent available within New Mexico's entrepreneurial ecosystem, I provided human capital advisory services including executive recruiting and executive coaching. My prior experience includes progressively responsible human resources, recruiting, and leadership development roles with Thomson, Ernst & Young LLP, and American Express, and lead human resources roles at Computer Horizons Corp. and IGATE Capital.
