Mr. Rich has performed executive search since 1994. His experience includes serving large clients such as A.T. Kearney, Coopers & Lybrand, Deloitte, Diamond, EDS, Ernst & Young, FedEx, IBM, KPMG, McKinsey, Oracle, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and numerous mid-size and boutique firms.

Mr. Rich lives in Dallas with his wife, daughter, and assorted pets. He's active as a board member and volunteer in local charities. He's an avid skier, traveler, basketball player, and reader of novels, history, science, and travel books. And he enjoys coaching his daughter's basketball team – probably more than she enjoys being coached by her dad.
