Thanks for reading my profile.

My background is quite varied in that I began "adult" life as a musician with a scholarship in fine arts, finally graduating with bioscience, then working as a plant genomics researcher. Specifically, I produced and screened transgenic plants. While doing this (1998-2000), I became interested in building websites.... Long story short, now I am a musician who works on-the-side as a full-time Director of Search for a large media company ;-). That was a joke. I am lucky when I have time to play my drums.

My primary passion in terms of search engine marketing is with SEO. Recently I have been exploring and blogging about Video SEO (ReelSEO) with the release of Universal Search. Other interests include local and mobile search.

Currently, my goals are to continue to enjoy life and those in my life... Thats it.
