After founding one company and listing it on the NYSE, I subsequently led the profitable sale of a leading global software company that I ran and have now assembled a team of similarly successful business leaders to join me on a new quest to build "Pavonis Group and RealNex," our next big deals.

RealNex is an aggregation of market-leading solutions that provides a better, more complete toolset for the real estate industry. Our holistic approach allows information to flow seamlessly among market participants, providing more timely and efficient access to better information.

RealNex offers the simplicity, economy of scale, and centralized expertise the market has been demanding. An integrated solution, RealNex allows the real estate industry to contact, transact and leverage data, through a single platform and interface. This holistic solution enables companies to enhance their individual operational efficiencies, while harmonizing data and allowing systems to talk to other systems across the industry.

In April 2014, we acquired REA, REI Wise and Property Line to establish the foundation.

My team is currently evaluating specific companies and technologies that could be critical components of our strategy. We will be investing in aggregating these companies and technologies.

Accomplishments:

Founded company with 7 ex-Sterling Commerce executives in 1999. Within 60 days, acquired Bristol Myers and Novartis as clients. By the end of 2004 the company had fully developed the platform and deployed it to these first two clients. Our team went on to secure BASF and DuPont with other notables by the end of 1999.

The innovation of ECOutlook led to transformational advances in the connection and automation of supply chain business processes for large enterprises. Bristol Meyers at one point was connecting 200 suppliers and clients weekly. This was unprecedented during a time when EDI was the platform that we were seeking to replace.

Within 10 months of founding the company, successfully formed and went public on the NYSE. The initial merger of ten practices represented $48 million in revenue.

When exiting the company in 1998, PRG was the market leader in 26 MSA’s across the U.S. We had acquired all leading competitors in the Ophthalmic segment resulting in a significant return for investors.
