Mark Newsom’s Summary

ABOUT MARK

I’m a 20+ year marketing executive who in 2003 created a new approach to finding and placing talent – after having been frustrated with the traditional executive recruitment industry (as a client and a candidate).

ABOUT FIVECHAIRS

FiveChairs is an innovative and highly-successful Talent
Sourcing and Talent Recruiting firm, based in the Nashville-area.

While our website - www.FiveChairs.com - is the best place to go for the full story, I’ll highlight a few things –

• Employers pay 100% of all placement fees.
• We charge employers a flat 9.9% fee - versus the 20-35% fees charged by traditional recruiters.
• We anticipate the needs of local employers and proactively
represent over 1,300 of the most talented, readily-available
Nashville-area candidates, at all times.
• We also do custom searches, for difficult to fill positions - at a fraction of the typical cost - using the very same tools and sources used by full-fee recruiters.
• Our specialty is based exclusively on the Nashville market - not an industry or vocation. No candidate relocation is ever required.
• Most of our placements are in the mid- to senior-level ranks,
within a wide variety of vocational categories.
• Our clients range from large, publicly traded companies to small, privately-owned organizations - in all industry sectors.
• While candidates can elect to have their photographs appear in our TalentPool - this is not required. It’s simply an elective option.
