HireVue offers a web-based, video interview system that lets recruiters and hiring managers see video clips of job candidates before bringing them in for an in-person interview. This happens asynchronously, with candidates taking their interviews, and hiring managers viewing them at their convenience. Tremendous amounts of time and money can be saved by evaluating candidates anytime, anywhere, without the burdens of bringing in candidates for that first in-person interview. You see and hear each candidate's responses to your questions, evaluate their interpersonal abilities, passion for the position, and other important intangibles.

You build the interview at HireVue.com, using your own interview questions and criteria, input the candidate's basic information, and we do the rest. Off-site candidates recieve a webcam to take the interview, which is theirs to keep.
Interviews can also be taken in company offices, or at any college campus.

We send the candidates each a webcam which they use to take their interview at their convenience. HireVue interviews can be taken by candidates either in their own homes, in hiring company offices, or at any college campus

    Their responses get recorded into our system and you and your hiring managers can login, watch and evaluate interviews any time any place.
