I have extensive work experience in the public sector of Canada at both the provincial and federal levels as well as work experience in the private sector. This mixture of work experience has allowed me to grow professionally and personally while obtaining a understanding of the challenges that each sector faces.

I have also successfully launched and grown a profitable part-time business under the name Hodder Consulting in 2008. In less then 1 year revenues grew significantly which allowed me to purse running my business full time.
