For the past 20 years, I have provided professional business, marketing and sales consulting services to private and public companies. My ultimate goal is to build the market value of any business by assessing the total management infrastructure, people environment and directing them towards profitability.

Early in my career I provided business development and capital formation services to start-up cable T.V. and cellular companies. I continued providing consulting services for several clients in:

Wireless - established regional and national dealer networks for distributors of Qwest, Nextel, Verizon, Sprint and AT&T.

Wire-line - established regional and national distribution channels for business lines, long distance, enhanced services and PBX systems for distributors of Qwest, AT&T, SBC and Atlantic Bell.

Cable TV - implemented local and regional call center campaigns for programming - channel upgrades - service upgrades for distributors of Jones Intercable, TCI, Cox Communications and Time Warner.

CLEC - Developed new markets for CLEC's after the Telecommunications Act of 1996 was passed - negotiated reseller agreements with U.S. West/ Qwest - oversaw all business development and marketing initiatives on a local and regional basis.

I have extensive experience with the following:

Media Outlets - designed and implemented advertising campaigns in print, radio and television and cable on a local, regional and national level.

Call Center - developed and managed comprehensive call center campaigns, including sales, customer service and customer retention programs in excess of 5,000 seats.

Capital Formation - secures millions of dollars in venture capital.

Business Plans - assemble comprehensive business and marketing plans.

Recruiting - recruited C-level management for business operations.

Throughout my career, I have assisted start-up and emerging market companies increase revenues and build market value.
