Clients include sellers (expired listings, FSBO's, re-sales), buyers (relocation, 1st time buyers), investors, builders, developers, past clients and referrals. Past sales include $150,000 condo's, $500,000 income properties, $1.5 million dollar homes......and everything in between.
My business plan calls for prospecting 5 days a week. I specifically contact expired listings, FSBO's, past clients, my center of incluence and top producing area Realtors. The goal of prospecting is to find highly quaified buyers for my listings, and motivated sellers for my buyers. This "pro-active" approach to selling real estate is the key component to a marketing plan that is designed to sell your house for the MOST amount of money, in the LEAST amount of time. Sitting around and waiting does not get results, and does not get a home sold. Being "pro-active" does!
