I've been bringing brands to life online since 1994. I helped launch the digital marketing practice at Ogilvy & Mather and have spearheaded online campaigns for small to medium-sized businesses as well as global brands like IBM, Kodak, Ameritrade, Russell Investment Group, and Birds Eye Foods, among many others.
Currently I'm co-founder and VP of Marketing at Govnex, an early stage (funded) technology venture in the political research space. Through my consultancy, Brandvisory, I work with corporations, non-profits, and start-ups on brand positioning, content development, business strategy, go-to-market strategy, social media campaigns, social media monitoring, and, more generally, on how they can achieve remarkability.
Brandvisory works directly with clients as well as in partnership with other agencies and firms. We are particularly active in the brand and customer loyalty space.
I love technology, but I'm more passionate about the change it enables. The tools, after all, are only tools. Old ones fade away, new ones emerge, but in the end it's what people do with them that matters.
Brand strategy and positioning. Building customer loyalty through authentic engagements at every touch point. Creating high-quality/high-value customer experiences. Social media campaign development and monitoring. Persuasion architecture.
