Material responsibility for effecting 6 Post-Merger Integrations of various sizes, and significant involvement with 3 disposals and 1 acquisition - all cross-border. I have set up new entities to support organic growth in 6 countries, and (in a different company) closed down entities in 3 countries. I have moved activities in to Shared Services and between Shared services.

Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics (EUR 2Bn Turnover) was created following the acquisition and merger of Diagnostic Products Corporation and Bayer Diagnostics, with the latter acquisition finalising in Jan 07.
I managed the integration of the European Finance team in to Siemens; was Project Executive for the European business integration project; oversaw the transfer of European shared services from Barcelona (Bayer) to Portugal (Siemens); and delivered the transfer of the European Finance Headquarters from Dublin to Germany completing 31 Dec 07.

Previously known as Mirada Solutions Ltd, it had been acquired in Aug 03 by CTI Molecular Imaging Group (Ticker: CTMI). CTI was purchased by Siemens in May 05.
In addition, I was Managing Director of PETNet Solutions in the UK. PETNet is the leading supplier of radiopharmaceuticals for use in Positron Emmission Tomography to the UK market.
I joined CTI as European Finance Director with responsibility for entities in the UK (including Mirada Solutions Ltd and PETNet), Germany, Italy and Spain, and was then promoted to General Management roles.
