Entrepreneurial generalist with a history of business evolution from idea, to start-up, to profitability under aggressive time constraints. I am currently seeking to learn more from either established, start-up, or incubated companies with a solid management core and promising future earnings. Particularly, medical, legal, B2B, consultative, or internet based companies pique my interest most. Creativity, value, and ethics are three core fundamentals that I look for. I am not as patient or hands off as Warren Buffett so a laissez faire business partner or investor I am not. I would more accurately pigeon hole myself in the Mark Cuban type entrepreneurial mold, where I may get a few technical fouls for either questioning the referees or tippy toeing onto the court.
Integrating and managing virtual teams into traditional corporations, data analysis and mining, discerning privately held corporate intrinsic value, implementing scalable sales processes, sales forecasting, general corporate valuations, operations management, marketing analysis and implementation, brand positioning, general b2b corporate viability analysis, vc funding, marketing collateral development

Three current and gargantuan market forces have led to the creation of Matrix Integrated Marketing (MIM). The first is the sputtering economy, the second is the proliferation of home based communication technology, and the third is the acceptance by both employee and employer of a virtual working relationship. MIM contracts with firms that desire MBA quality, commission only, virtual professionals. Essentially, what our team will do, is analyze the company as well as the industry seeking to build a virtual employment force. Mine the appropriate lead data and develop projections along a specific timeline. Seamlessly build, train, integrate, automate, and manage the virtual employment force. Track and report the results of the campaign over a period of time. The virtual integration philosophy is a low pressure, high value approach. Our competitive advantages & timing components are critical. Data – we have access to 1.13 million companies currently utilizing Google Adwords in an effort to build their businesses. Average CPC, Daily Spend, Ad Count, and estimated ROI per Ad is also available (95% of these companies are failing to return a positive ROI). Human Capital – Access to 1000 qualified new job seekers per day (both active and passive) searching for employment. Commission Only / Risk Free Model – The vast majority of our virtual teams are commission only or performance based, there is little risk involved for firms to contract with us. Slumping Economy – highly qualified candidates are now considering telecommuting, remote, commission only positions as serious career alternatives.Technology – over ninety percent of our qualified U.S. based workforce has access to both an internet connection and a phone (VOIP or traditional phone). Emphasis on Domestic – although “outsourcing” is occasionally used as a four letter word, over 87% of our work force is home grown in the United States.

Data mining agency that organizes companies and executives by quantity of dollars currently being spent in advertising across internet channels (mainly Google). The information is primarily used to flesh out trends and forecast specific market growth or deceleration. Geico spends a little less than $100 million in annual advertising in Adwords, while Michael Dell shells out about $25 million per year. We have data on almost every firm utilizing Pay Per Click advertising.

Marketing agency specializing in assisting both privately held and publicly traded firms who currently have an existing internet presence. If a firm is investing in Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing, or MSN Ad Center, we will maximize the potential return - dare I say increase ROI. Our foundation is in Search Engine Marketing (SEM). We’ve been doing it for over eight years, and we do it well. We specialize in taming a little search engine called Google. Yes, we dabble with the other internet behemoths like Yahoo, MSN, AOL, and even the search engine formerly known as Jeeves, but the Holy Grail of search is filled with queries from Google’s expanding belly. Our SEM services entail organic or natural search engine optimization (hence the SEO in our corporate name) as well as Pay Per Click Management, Analysis, and Improvement. Our second core competency is Conversion Rate Improvement (CRI) And Analysis. Does A/B testing, Multivariate Environments, and Interoperable Platforms whet your website palate? Don’t worry, we’ll explain how this all works in plain English. The bottom line is that you’ll receive more sales, more often, resulting in the occasional ear-to-ear grin. Let us handle the technical hubbub- after all, it’s our job.Lastly, is our Online Public Relations and Reputation Management division. Isn’t perception reality? Savvy implementation of Press Releases, Articles, Blogs, and Newsletters can show the public what you are all about, but the synergies that develop when combined with SEM and CRI can be a real sight to behold. You will find that our three-tiered offerings are all intricately connected- and you will discover our services surprisingly affordable. In fact, we provide nuggets of our marketing expertise for free. Let us know what area you would like to see improved and we’ll take it from there.

After having been accepted into New York University School of Law senior year of college, I began delving into e-commerce ventures during the limited amount of down-time. I launched an e-commerce store (using a computer that ran 4 megabytes of ram with frequent bouts of the blue screen of death) while attending law school. Eleven months after my first domain name was purchased the website became profitable. I was able to pay off 100K + of Fannie Mae loans due to early "search engine optimization" techniques which consisted of me calling up Yahoo! (yes, calling them up) to adjust my search engine positions. This was the spark for a good majority of my future endeavors.

The Attorney General’s Office offers a free, voluntary service that tries to help resolve matters between consumers and merchants outside of court. The Attorney General’s Office cannot require a merchant to participate in its voluntary mediation program. However, many businesses do choose to participate and as a result, our office is able to help many individuals resolve consumer problems. In addition to the mediation service offered directly by the Attorney General’s Office, we work with certain community-based mediation programs, called Local Consumer Programs and Face-to-Face Mediation Programs.
