    My main role was to consult with business units on the best user experience strategy for the firm's key retail and business applications. I supervised, trained and coached a team of 11 UX designers, information architects, front-end developers and web measurement analysts. The team was responsible for the gathering of user insights, the creation of actionable design recommendations, and the development of user interfaces for retail & institutional websites, business applications and active trader platform JAVA applets (Streaming News, Advanced Charting, Market Research applications)

    Here, I designed and developed user interfaces for multilingual equity trading, market research, online banking, and marketing websites globally as well as supervised/trained a team of 8 UX designers, information architects, and web developers

    I managed large-scale international projects for clients in India, Australia, Canada, Luxembourg, UK, Hong Kong and Singapore and was also responsible for all translation vendor relationships.

    My team and I designed and developed numerous user interfaces for various channels such as Interactive TV, Broker Desktop (Java), iMode and PocketPC wireless projects

    Using a unique blend of CGI animation, video, interface design and touch screen technologies packaged with an Agile development lifecycle, Kandu Interactive produced a wealth of exciting user centered multimedia applications for the Pharmaceutical, Financial and Entertainment industries.

    As Interactive Designer and Lead Animator, my work was primarily focused on the design and development of interactive (Level III) touchscreen applications, and MoA (Mechanism of Action) medical animations for the pharmaceutical industry for use in trade shows and public spaces.

    My main responsibilities were to design the user experience and ensure usability of the interfaces. Utilizing tools such as 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Macromedia Flash, I merged computer animation (CGI), hi-end graphics, and broadcast quality video to create highly immersive user experiences.
