30-page compilation of 1) annotated maps (Illustrator & Google Earth), location images, scene descriptions from the One-Liner, itinerary and note pages. For the Locations Department Technical Scout with 50 Department Heads and ATL's.

CALENDARS
2nd Unit Shooting Calendar - comprised of an abridged One-Liner, Shooting Schedule & Special Equipment D.O.O.D into a 8-day shooting schedule.  Revised daily and posted to server.

VIDEO EDITING
Compiled 10 'Cut & Title' scenes of aerial footage. Uploaded to Image Event & Drop Box.

LOCATION GRID - To substantiate our request for film permits, street closures and a police presence on set from the Mayor's Office of Film, Theater and Broadcasting.

WAYFIND & SIGNAGE - Converted the original blueprints of the office into a color-coded departmental directory with corresponding floor-plan. Guests and crew unfamiliar with the space could independently navigating around the office between departments.

WELCOME PACKET / BROCHURE - For talent and executives arriving in NY at their hotel. Contents: 1) Local Service List- amenities and services near hotel. 2) Maps- customized with nearby transportation, directions to office, and local services. 3) Dean & Deluca Gift Box- non-perishables (contents chosen by me and based on the person arriving). 4) Stationary with Annie logo 5) Drafted a 'Welcome Letter' signed by the Production Coordinator.

SIGNAGE - Designed all "Annie" office signage.

CREW ID BADGES - Designed the template, procured supplies, expeditiously obtained 300+ crew photos via e-mail submission rather than daily set runs to take photos, per my recommendation.

ADMINISTRATIVE - 1) Created office extension lists for internal telephone system. 2) Updated contacts for Kyocera Scanner / Copier. 3) Catalogued receipts and expense reports. 4) $1K petty cash float. 5) Answered a high volume of phone calls and delivery of urgent messages. 6) Substituted as ‘Handler’ for principal actress.

MAP - NY THROUGH STREET PROGRAM - No Parking, No Turn Signs are everywhere in midtown (office was located one block from Grand Central). Using Photoshop, I designed a map that highlighted the quickest route between our offices in manhattan, utilizing the Thru Street Program or avoiding it when appropriate. This map improved arrival times and minimized costly parking tickets.
