Mark is a Sr. Instructional Designer for T-Mobile (and loving it!!!) and 2009 Research Fellow for the Society for New Communications Research. He is passionate about eLearning, social media and mobile technology with experience in developing enterprise-wide learning programs for organizations such as Seattle Children’s Hospital and Regence BlueShield.
Among other accomplishments, Mark has presented at three national conferences for the eLearning Guild and has published articles for the Adobe Development Center and most recently Training Magazine. He manages an Adobe Captivate Users Group in Seattle and actively participates in other local groups such as Seattle Lunch 2.0.
Mark holds a B.S. degree in Mass Communications and Fine Art from Towson University, Baltimore, Maryland and a Multimedia Certificate from the University of Washington.
