I am currently working with the global Knowledge Management/Market Data group. Previously the team was only in San Francisco and London, I was hired to start the technical team in Sydney.

• Liaising directly with the CEO of a specialist manufacturing company, I analysed the business process surrounding a manufacturing workflow. Based on this analysis, I designed and implemented a software system for the company that enabled my client to retain a government contract and reduce shipping costs.
• Successfully re-established telecommunication and network services to a financial client’s New York office after September 11 2001.
