I am currently leading recruitment research at NewPage, North America’s largest coated paper manufacturer. My primary expertise is candidate sourcing through internet research, as well as email and telephone networking.
I trained with a renowned recruiting guru, Peter Leffkowitz (Morgan Consulting) in 2005 and learned the skills of talent sourcing. Today, I combine Peter's techniques with non-traditional Web 2.0 methods to locate and connect with passive talent.

Developed the forms and created an extensive database in MS Access for a unique bidding process termed the 'Bid Program' and corresponding procedural manual that corporate adopted.
