For corporations, we come in with an experienced, objective eye to identify creative ways to save money without simply firing half the department (although we can help with that, too). In fact, most of our recommendations actually increase employee happiness in the process. (Example: offering employees a $2,000 bonus to fly coach instead of business class to an international client means the company saves around $7,000 and the employee makes an extra $2,000. Win-win!)

For individual Type A personalities (or people who wish they were more Type A), we offer one-on-one consulting sessions to maximize efficiency customized to your situation. Our popular "Efficiency Quick Start" sessions last one hour and teach you a number of tips/tricks to do more with your computer in a fraction of the time through shortcuts, special programs, and tailored routine suggestions.

I don't believe in Six Sigma, motivational seminars, or bookshelves of theoretical management tomes. Instead, I believe in setting goals, chunking them down into actions, and then taking action.
