In my role as Senior Vice President and Strategic Counsel for Edelman (the world's largest independent public relations firm) I help clients understand why public engagement is the fastest route to brand awareness, customer loyalty, employee engagement and bottom line results. Using a proprietary process, I use my considerable consulting and facilitation skills to bring together agency communications experts and clients to co-create public engagement strategies that work.

Additionally, I provide clients with research-based insights on how baby boomers think, plan, act, and spend money. Relying on my personal experience and years of research, I help clients find their brand's Bull's Eye Boomer so they can tap the financial and intellectual power of the most influential generation in the U.S.

C-level executives across many industries often call on my expertise in storytelling to create and communicate their company's story to all stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, the media and more. I have a long track record as a strategic thinker who can take complex concepts and messages and make them easy to understand and act on. Moreover, as a long-time blogger and experienced word-of-mouth marketing professional, I understand how to tailor messages to take advantage of the unique capabilities of multiple platforms.

Over the past several years, I have developed a reputation as a captivating, high-content speaker, appearing before audiences as small as 5 and as large as 5,000. I most often speak on the evolution of public relations and how to engage with consumers across four generations.
