I am a Southern Maryland resident, having moved here from the Philadelphia suburbs (Bucks County) in 1989. I am proud to say that St. Mary's County is my home...I love what our great region offers! I love the birds and wildlife, I love the beautiful water and, most of all, I love the people in Southern Maryland!

In addition to having a great knowlege of this beautiful area, I enjoy working everyone I meet but especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and sellers! I take whatever time is needed with first-time homebuyers to make their purchase enjoyable, memorable and well informed. I am patient. For sellers, I provide innovative marketing strategies, open communication, and a promise to market their property as intensely as I would market my own. I have degrees and many years of experience in both statistics and economics...I understand the unique market conditions we are experiencing. Currently, I own and operate a support company for builders and provide QA services and customer service/warranty services.
