"Comparing a company with an engine; I am the lubricating oil that keeps all parts working together."
I can be hired as an interim purchaser, project manager, organizer, or to assist you with reorganisations and change processes.
I like to work in all kind of business branches. I like assignments within technical / production areas.

I like to work with all persons within a company, the people who actually make the product as well as the management team. I create the opportunity for people to actually work together. The results are better co-ordination, co-operation, cost saving and happier people at work.
My aim is to create a better atmosphere, so people do enjoy their daily work and like to build a better company together.
I like open communication and I am not all afraid to deal with great challenges. The way I work very often involves new technologies and new working methods.

Interim management & project management
Analysis of working methods, process & procedures, reports & advice to CEO and management, proposals for changes/adaptions.
Within projects where many specialists have to work together I make sure the right information reaches the right people. I am a good "interpreter" for professionals and users / customers. I'm curious about what actually drives people. By interviewing them and assisting them with their tasks, as interim associate, I very often receive relevant and important information that was not known before. Sharing this information very often leads to improved working methods, reduced costs and increased team spirit; in short to a better company.
Comparing a company with an engine; I am the lubricating oil that keeps all parts working together.
(expression used by former colleagues and customers)
I am available on short notice, flexible, communicative, efficient. I am able to get to know the company that hires me as well as the working methods in fairly short time, which saves my customer a lot of time and money.
I am highly interested in technology and have a good technical understanding, allowing me to communicate smoothly with technical specialists.
I like working with software and have used several CMS (Content Management Systems), specialized product software e.g.Prompt (Dutch broadcasters), PRINS (Dutch broadcasters) Super Office (CRM), standards such as XHTML (W3C) and of course all familiar office software, both open source and closed source.
For larger projects I also like working with fellow entrepreneurs. Fellow entrepeneurs who share my philosophy and need colleagues for a project, are most welcome to contact me.
