Margie Coltharp has been driving performance improvement in organizations across the U.S. and Canada since 1983. Margie is an experienced performance consultant, career coach, facilitator and instructional designer who has been working in the field of training and organizational development since 1995.
Margie’s experience is built on a foundation of sales, finance and business operations. Margie’s goal is to develop, support and achieve learning that connects to the organization’s mission, values and goals along with the individuals’ needs.
