I apparently love video games. It's a love that goes a long way back. When I was in primary school I wrote a school newspaper about them (peak circulation: 12 copies). Made a crappy top-down airplane game in SuperLOGO (but decided I hated programming). Then the Internet happened and at age 14 I started a fansite about my favorite game Monkey Island. Through the community I met some of my best friends.
Founded another game site, and another. Blagged access to E3 without knowing what I was getting into. Became a game journalist. Went to GDC, which rocked my world. Studied digital media and game design and worked on two student games. Following graduation and over the course of 4 years I designed games at different companies. Now working as Head of Content at SEGA, helping to make video games more awesome.
