Realtor at Intero REal Estate
San Francisco Bay Area
A peninsula resident for over 25 years, Marcy brings an unusually varied background to Keller Williams. Originally from Philadelphia, she graduated from York University in Canada, where she co-founded Dancemakers, a company still actively performing in the Toronto area. After a career in dance, Marcy returned to academia and earned a doctoral degree in the field of health care. For the past 14 years, she has been a full-time real estate professional with special interests in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties, and in preparing and marketing homes for sale.
Marcy has been recognized nationally for her expertise in mid-peninsula residential real estate, and has appeared on the CBS Evening News with Dan Rather, sharing her thoughts on the local market. In addition to the residential side, her extensive experience in the industry includes 1031 exchanges, investment property and land development. She is also well-versed in issues of construction management and cost analysis, having successfully remodeled distressed homes for re-sale. A longtime community and local school volunteer, Marcy and her husband, John, live in Palo Alto, have two grown children and love dogs.
What Marcy's clients say:
"She's down to earth, a great listener and loves real estate."
"Realistic, practical, she does her homework, doesn't waste any body's time."
"She's so calm and even tempered, don't think I've ever seen her rattled, by anything."
