My specialty is finding a way to achieve these goals. The work could entail building something from scratch myself, managing a team or integrating an open-source product. My approach is to creatively find a way to achieve the goal that best satisfies all of the complex needs at stake. I also have the experience to know that a solution that works best in one instance will not necessarily work for another. Priorities may be focused on areas such as speed, price, reliability or performance - all of which require different approaches.
