Based in Paris (France), I'm a Managing Director of Bryan Garnier Principal Investments (BGPI) with over 20 years of investment and operation experience in the technology industry in the US and in Europe.
Most recently I was the founding GP of Occam Capital (sold to Bryan Garnier in April 2009) and a GP and CTO of RVC, the manager of the Reuters Greenhouse Fund, the Corporate VC arm of Reuters.
I have been involved with some of the most profitable European transactions with ID2 (Sold to Sonera), MetaMerge (Sold to IBM), Orchestream (LSE IPO), Fantastic corporation (Neue Merk IPO), Tradeum (Sold to VerticalNet), as the RVC-Greenhouse fund was invested in 82 companies and generated 16 IPOs and 30 trade sale, and Occam I invested in 3 buy-build transactions.
Before that I was involved both as an entrepreneur and senior executive in Technology and Product Management in large and small technology companies: Renaissance Software (Sold to SunGard) , Rational Software (sold to IBM for $2.1B), Thales-Syseca (Paris) , KMPG-Nolan Norton (Palo Alto) and Reuters (London).
BGPI focuses on those European tech-driven companies that are in their expansion phase and offer unparalleled investment opportunities. BGPI’s approach is agnostic in terms of investment structure and relies on a deep industry expertise.
Investor in European IT/Health/CleanTech growth companies.
Nominated in September 2004 to the CCE (Conseillé du Commerce Exterieure)
