China: Having studied (CEIBS MBA) and worked in China for nearly 5 years, first as CIO/SCM, then as business owner, I acquired vast China experiences on the content as well as on the people side (including language) and learned to appreciate Chinese culture. I decided to expose myself to this fascinating and pulsating country in the long term.

Before I have worked as strategy consultant with Bain & Company Zurich, on projects for multinationals in consumer goods, industry and semiconductors. Thereby, I collected broad experience from growth strategy, strategic supply chain management, cost migration to low-cost country sourcing. In addition, I developed team leading and project guidance skills.

On the academic side I can offer a solid background in general business administration, economics and business law (HSG) topped by my Master studies in International Management, my MBA in Shanghai, and my MCIPS certification with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies. I bring with me broad inter-personal and inter-cultural skills and am perceived as leader and entrepreneurial decision maker, who dynamically and pragmatically aims for results.
