    I currently develop and manage DVB-H products and services, liaising with content suppliers and technological partners as well as internal technical divisions. The main responsibilities concern interactive and Telco-TV products.

    MAIN GOALS ACHIEVED
    • Launch of the world’s first Mobile TV interactive services (participation TV platforms, real-time content download services);
    • Definition of H3G’s Mobile TV service profiles and strategic guidelines;
    • Collaborated with the Bocconi Management School on different business cases about the creation of new markets for Media Companies.

    - lo sviluppo delle applicazioni DVB-H sui videofonini.

    ENGLISH:
    I worked in the marketing division on the planning and development of the DVB-H service platform. Tasks and responsibilities included:
     Development of the new division’s business processes and KPIs;
     Definition of marketing plans for the new Mobile TV Business;
     Development of the consumer purchase process for DVB-H services;
     Collaboration with various vendors to develop the DVB-H application on handsets.

    MAIN GOALS ACHIEVED
    • June 2006: Launch, in only 6 months, of the world’s first commercial Mobile TV platform - anticipating any market forecast by 1 year.
