I enjoy working on challenging projects, I love the challence of fixing a project that went wrong. Most joy I get from ad-hoc project that does not adhere to any standard or methodology at all - where I can jump in and start building the overview and pull the strings to get it right.
I like to work in a dedicated team where we will also create time and space for additional fun.

My main achievement is the development of the DWG IFilter 2007 product, performing all world wide marketing communications, sales and product support; and preparing a hand-over of this process to other team members. The DWG IFilter enables adding AutoCAD DWG files to search results for various search and indexing products.
Support also addresses questions around search support in Microsoft SharePoint 2007, including the new Microsoft Search Server 2008 Express.
I enjoyed introducing the concept of search to different customers in the engineering field.

The Davinci application is used in various employability fields within the Netherlands. Reintegration consultants administer their clients' dossiers in Davinci, help assess skills of their clients, to guide the client to a matching job position.
The power of the applicaion is also the extensive amount of job opportunities accessible from within the system. Vacancies are loaded from various media on a weekly basis.

I redesigned the architecture of the application to create a flexible, database driven web platform allowing detailed customalization for each customer to fit their needs. Dossier content and screens can now easily be adjusted to match the current methods of each customer. This change allowed for a significant reduction in development team size.
I built various flexible tools around the application, for example data import, reporting.
