I have been working for Wuerth-Phoenix as development responsible of an ERP application for small/medium companies. The application was developed through an MDA approach using UML and JAVA and required the collaboration of several experts coming from different countries (Italy, Germany and China); I had the possibility to introduce the eXtreme Programming methodologies (Continuous Integration using an automated build procedure based on Apache Ant and automated execution of JUnit tests) increasing the productivity and the software quality.
Since June 2003 I have been the responsible of software development for my company in Rome.

I worked in the Business Customer Unit. I followed the activities related to the development of an offer of networking application services based on the Lotus Notes platform, covering the definition of the specification as well as the evaluation of the impact in terms of implementation and organization. I collaborated to the definition of the processes and information flow to manage our <<Server Farm>> and to the experimentation activities of our services that allowed me to enhance my knowledge about the TCP/IP protocol suite and Lotus Notes middleware. Working in an ISO 9001 context, and being directly involved in the activities to be compliant to such standard, I acquired a meaningful experience on the field.
