Chuck Lontine’s Summary

I have been involved in radio broadcasting since 1976. My first industry position was in Denver at KLIR-FM/KRKS-AM as a staff announcer. In the late 1970's, I became a radio journalist for ABC Radio affiliate KLZ-AM (also in Denver).

During this time in the early 1980's, I covered state & local politics and traveled with the Kennedy Presidential Primary campaign throughout the Rocky Mountain West. In time, I became first a program director, account executive, sales manager and general manager of radio stations in San Francisco, Chicago, Orlando, suburban Philadelphia and the Denver-Boulder radio markets.

During my broadcasting career, I have held sales and management positions with some of the most admired broadcasting companies in our industry (including: Emmis, Infinity Broadcasting and The Tribune Company), in three of the top five radio markets in the country.

Over the years, I've learned a thing or two...about a thing or two. But, above all else, I love my kids and living & working in Colorado.

Chuck Lontine’s Specialties:

Today, I have a unique prospective as a media investment banker, advising radio broadcasters on mergers, acquisitions and capital raises. This insight has allowed me to help both commercial and non-commercial broadcasters (including Boulder Community Broadcasters and Colorado Public Radio).

In addition to my professional life, I lead a full and balanced lifestyle with my family in Colorado.
