Founded Agility SPI :: Software Process Improvement in 2003. Consultancy aiming to help other companies improve their software development process through the adoption of Agile and Lean principles and practices.
Organised the first European ScrumMaster Certification class with Ken Schwaber in 2003 (I'm a Certified ScrumMaster)
Founder of the Italian Agile Movement (http://www.agilemovement.it), the official Italian Agile User Group (listed in the Agile Alliance User Group directory).
