Marc Köhlbrugge is currently working on two different start-ups. The first one, *openmargin, aims to improve the inter-connectedness of people and texts by sharing annotations. By annotating specific pieces of text that interest you, you meet people that annotate the same text and thus are on the same wavelength as you are. The other start-up is PressDoc. PressDoc introduces a new standard for press releases which will make it easier to share the story of your new product with the rest of the world.
Marc is also freelancing as a multi-specialist in the realm of new media. One of his favorite projects is the design of crowdSPRING.com, one of the leading online crowdsourcing services with over 43,000 designers.
Marc studied Communication & Multimedia Design at the Avans University in Breda. He recently graduated and is now working non-stop, that is, when he'’s not writing about himself in third person like he does now.

*openmargin ~ a blank space surrounding a written text, made common property, with the purpose of perspectives being shared. Imagine, every book being an open space, where conversation can unfold. Initiated by the author, but continued by others. Every perspective a contribution to the inter-connectedness of people and things. In the name of your name, engage!
