My work experience includes marketing and promotion in a variety of major industries including Music/Entertainment, Fashion, Print & Online Publishing, e-Commerce, Direct Marketing, Hospitality and Broadcast & Alternative Media. I've spent the last 5 years assisting small businesses to leverage their marketing efforts within their budget constraints. I enjoy keeping it local!

I am highly creative, detailed oriented and goal driven. I thrive on a deadline environment and get a charge out of the entire marketing/sales cycle - from concept creation, strategic planning, implementation and then on to successful fruition. Fundraising is a passion, and I am generally involved in 2-3 different events at once, utilizing my many contacts to bring greater awareness to special projects.

My management style is very hands on. I never expect anyone to do anything I have not or would not do myself. I am extremely approachable and flexible to new ideas and concepts. I avoid micromanaging and encourage autonomy after training to build confidence and satisfaction within my sales teams.

My biggest pet peeve in business is poor customer relations. Customer satisfaction is the key to retention. Without a strong and growing customer base, what is the point?
