I am in the team dedicated to MTV.it, one of the most important entertainment web sites in Italy. Reporting to the Product Manager, I'm in charge of local project management and I deal with the online presence of MTV's main shows ("TRL", "Very Victoria", "Italo", "Loveline", etc.). I am highly involved in other cross-platform initiatives such as "YouWeek", "Black Box" and "Tocca a Noi". Taking care of content syndication and podcasting activities is also part of my job.
My contribution to a typical project starts with the initial UX Design, IA and requirements definition, getting through staff coordination during the development process; it goes on with the periodical analysis of KPIs after the project has gone live.

I worked in a team dedicated to study and project an e-democracy platform for a small municipality located in Northern Italy. In particular, after an analysis of usability and accessibility requirements and a series of meetings to identify client's needs, I realized a XHTML template of the GUI and collaborated with my collegues to produce the necessary documentation for the whole project.
