Development Manager at UK2 Group
Greater Salt Lake City Area
Throughout my years in high school, I helped to create and maintain the Temple Highschool Wildcat Web and eventually took over the project my senior year in high school. This venture led to a paid internship with Acer America Corporation as a Web Developer. Throughout college, I held two jobs in this field: Webmaster of The Department of History Website, and Web Developer for the Teaching, Learning, and Technology Center on the Texas Tech University Campus. Coupled with my Management in Information Systems Degree, I was quickly becoming enveloped in the wonderful world of web development and programming.
Over the past several years, I've also taken an extreme interest in client relations management. The service industry is tough to handle, but I feel that my extensive history has provided me with a powerful toolset to tackle difficult client-to-company communications. I'd like to consider myself as the "missing piece" that allows a company to expand without sacrificing service and support. I firmly believe that a company that maintains its close ties to the customer will forever be profitable, regardless of size. I've had several years experience with managing internal and external relations (employees and clients), including managing a support call center for Insurance Information Exchange (an ISO company), as well as acting as lead programmer for Brazos Valley Design / Web Unlimited.
I like to consider myself a jack of all trades. I have always had a personal goal to tackle any problem with care and settle for nothing less than above average. I believe that people will always work for the betterment of a company as long as they feel important and have constant reminders of their excellence.
