Privately Held; 11-50 employees; Financial Services industry
November 2010 – April 2011 (6 months) Boston, MA
In late 2010, I took a brief hiatus from the agency world to partner with well known Boston start up PerkStreet as their interactive director, working closely with the marketing, development and data analysis teams.
With the marketing team, we rapidly produced marketing campaigns to increase customer acquisition. Additionally, we created brand continuity, implementing full documentation for brand use and guidelines.
With the data analysis team, we focused on improving the content flow of the main website. Our efforts decreased customer service calls and increased client acquisition.
With the development team, we were tasked with executing marketing initiatives. We held daily brainstorming sessions to develop campaigns, flesh out new ideas, etc. I would then refine these ideas and turn them into website, branding, social media landing page and email newsletter campaigns.
While I returned to BlueLuna in April, 2011, I continued my relationship with PerkStreet until the company dissolved in September, 2013.
