Senior Architect at Curverider Ltd
Oxford, United Kingdom
As a veteran system architect with many projects behind me, I have robust instincts for design and system architecture and a proven record for providing quality solutions to highly technical problems.
Both at work and in my personal life I enjoy learning new skills and improving the existing ones that I have. I derive great satisfaction from researching and fully understanding a problem or from mastering a new skill.

I acted as senior developer and architect on the Elgg project, a white label social networking platform which won InfoWorld's 2008 Best Of Open Source Award, and had a major role in defining its architecture and features.
Additionally to software development, I had a role in defining
policy and direction, and represented Elgg at conferences and to
clients. In the process I developed relations with some of the Web's
leading names.
I was also responsible for the development of the Open Data Definition, a flexible data portability format.
