San Francisco Bay Area
In less than a decade, I have worked as a writer/editor and corporate communications specialist, freelanced for magazines, newspapers and a website, interned at a TV station, and graduated with a master's degree in journalism. Not only have I written and edited articles catering to varied audiences (teens, educators, students, medical professionals and the general community) and drafted press releases, I have also created promotional materials and headed outreach and marketing efforts for a non-profit agency. I am greatly involved in strategic online social networking and highly interested in exploring its uses, potential and impact on the higher education industry.
