Manish Mohan is Vice President at NIIT Ltd., a global IT education and training company. He has twenty years experience in the learning and content development industry. Manish has a wide range of experience as a manager and business leader in the field of learning and training development. He has been holding senior management positions for last 10 years, including holding P&L responsibilities for last 6 years. He has a wide-ranging technical background and has developed and managed many technical products and projects.
In a career spanning nearly two decades, Manish has held varying responsibilities in many functional roles, including customer engineer, programmer, EDP head, instructional designer, project manager, head of quality and information systems, account manager, delivery head and most recently, business leader and sales. He has a deep experience in managing multi-functional, culturally diverse and geographically spread teams. Manish is an engineering graduate in Electronics from University of Pune. He has also undergone Leadership Skills for Top Management from Indian School of Business (ISB). Manish is also a certified trainer for Crosby’s Complete Quality Management System.
Manish is an ardent blogger and writes a popular blog on learning and management (Learn and Lead), and mentors a multi-author blog of a team of instructional designers (eCube). He is a member of All India Management Association and eLearning Guild.
